HipHop Fitness
Hip Hop Fitness is a group fitness format that translates various callisthenic exercises into hip hop dance moves. It is a great way for people of all ages to get a total body workout while dancing to old school and current hip hop songs. With over one hundred routines and new routines being created every month, the class stays fresh as your body and mind will always be challenged. Although this is a full body workout, each class is strategically designed with routines that target specific body parts. As the “regulars” know, it doesn’t take long to realize it’s a “HHF glutes day”! Since there is such a deliberate format to every class, the average participant burns approximately 1200 calories per class. Oh, and each class lasts one hour, which means that you could always make time for it even if you have a very busy schedule.

Hip Hop Fitness Extreme
Want a mixture of hip hop fitness and boot camp? HHFX is 40 minutes of high intensity cardio dance fitness combined with various strength training exercises such as battle ropes, boxing, weight lifting and so much more. The class format changes every day, ensuring different muscle groups are targeted for a full body workout.

Boot Camp
Bernardo’s Boot Camp is a great compliment to the cardio you will get during our dance fitness classes as it concentrates on full body strength training. Taught in a friendly, group atmosphere, Bernardo’s boot camp is comprised of a variety of hour long workouts that’ll help you see that 6 pack, toned arms, muscular thighs, etc. in no time! Each class is designed to accommodate people of all fitness levels so don’t worry if you haven’t worked out in a while.

Group Personal Training
Want a workout that is designed specifically for you but still want to exercise in a group atmosphere? Whether you’ve hit a fitness plateau or want to target a specific body part or just new to weight training, our personal trainers are your answer. They’ll give you the personal attention, expert guidance and extra motivation that you desire at an affordable rate.

Gone are the days of basic crunches! Obtaining that 6 pack takes discipline and a strategic approach. Our 30 minute abs class will do just that with a creative blend of core strengthening exercises.

Hip hop fitness combines well-choreographed dance moves to help you lose your pounds, led by a qualified instructor. The benefits of such aerobics are many. It helps burn calories in the body and helps reduce fat making you healthier. In addition to this, hip hop fitness also strengthens your immune system making you less prone to all sorts of diseases and illnesses. Attending these classes regularly would result in reduced levels of cholesterol and blood pressure.
