In our last post. We talked about a few tips on how to stand out amongst the clones in the fitness business. One of the the things that I touched on was the importance of the intangibles.
What’s the intangibles when it comes to the fitness business? When it’s the stuff that you can’t put your finger on. The intangibles are the things that make people feel a certain way. This could be either good or bad. In our M. Nicholson Hip Hop Fitness program and classes. Our main concern is how do we make people feel?
Customer service is a definite must when it comes to this. When we call the people that take our class family.
When you come into an M. Nicholson Hip Hop Fitness class. We want you to come in feeling one way and leave feeling another. Customer service is a definite must when it comes to this. When we call the people that take our class family. We actually mean it. We want to know how everyone is doing and what we can do to make them feel better mentally and spiritually. We want to offer a one of a kind experience like no other.
Fostering an environment that allows for genuine friendship and accountability. In our M. Nicholson Hip Hop Fitness program, another key intangible component is the family and accountability element. This is experienced by our members by being consistent in attending classes. We encourage you to talk to and to get to know your neighborhood as well as follow along with the veteran class goers when doing the routines. It starts out with the person beside you helping you with the moves. Then it turns into friendship. After which you end up contacting each other to see why they haven’t been to class lately.
Sure you burn a ton of calories. Of course you will lose weight. Sure you will notice how much your physical appearance has been altered by this one of a kind Hip Hop Fitness program. The things that you can see are just as important as the things you cannot.
